01 — The Van & Amenities
How many people can the Sprinter accommodate?+
Our 2026 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter comfortably accommodates up to 10 people including the driver — 9 passengers in leather captain's chairs and bench seating, with dual-zone climate control and a spacious high-roof cabin.
What amenities are included?+
Every rental includes plush reclining seating, climate control, ambient LED lighting, privacy-tinted windows, charging ports at each seat, a premium sound system with Bluetooth, and generous storage. Select models also feature a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, mini sink, and a private restroom.
02 — Booking & Drivers
Can I book by the hour, day, or longer?+
Yes. We offer flexible packages:
- Hourly rentals — ideal for dinners, concerts, or airport transfers.
- Daily rentals — perfect for weddings, football games, or 24-hour events.
- Extended trip rentals — tailored for vacations and longer journeys.
Is a driver included?+
Yes — we have a staff of professional drivers available for any package, with armed veteran security available as an option. Many clients choose a driver for events, evenings out, and airport transfers for a fully worry-free experience.
How does payment work?+
Once your quote is confirmed, we'll send a secure payment link. You may pay in full or place a deposit with the balance due before your trip. A security authorization hold is placed before your rental begins.
03 — Policies & Logistics
Are pets or smoking allowed?+
Smoking and vaping are not permitted. No pets allowed due to potential allergy risk and additional cleaning.
Do I need to refill the gas?+
Yes. The van comes with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Please refuel before drop-off; if it's returned with less than full, a refueling fee applies.
What if the van is returned late?+
Hourly or daily rates may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible if your schedule changes.
Do I need insurance?+
Yes. Renters must provide proof of valid auto insurance. Supplemental insurance options may be available upon request.
Where can I pick up or drop off the van?+
Pickup is in Birmingham, AL. Delivery is available within 20 miles for an additional fee. Long-distance delivery (to 30A, Nashville, Atlanta, Auburn, etc.) can also be arranged.
